Solar Eclipse

After celebrating Papa's birthday and making homemade solar-eclipse viewing glasses with Grandma and Papa, we drove back to Ridgefield and joined people at the pool for a little viewing party.

Tanglewood

Sunday afternoon concert. Lucky to enjoy it here on the East Coast.

24 hours in the City

Playdate in the park with CA friends, museum with Uncle Tony, lunch with the Kilpatricks, and of course time with family. A reminder that we aren't too far away from NYC!

Martin Park

Ridgefield Parks and Recreation operates a lake/beach right here in town.
Swimming, a giant water slide, a mat, docks, food truck. Fun!

Hamptons with the Bauers

This trip was stayed longer and in addition to playing at the house and at the beach, we did new things....
a lemonade stand near Main Beach (where Jon Bon Jovi stopped and bought lemonade!), s'mores on Main Beach at sunset, Sunset Beach on Shelter Island, mini-golf in Montauk, and Wolffer Winery. Love time together and it feels great that it won't be a year before we see them next.
